Many of my placements are via candidates and clients recommending my services to their friends, family and colleagues. I am very grateful for any referrals received and I like to generously reward your trust in my service. I therefore offer a market leading referral scheme as follows:

For Candidate’s referred and placed in PRACTICE:

Part qualified or non-qualified below manager level - any discipline	£250
Newly Qualified ACA / ACCA / ICAS or QBE Manager - any discipline	£500
Senior Manager (above £45k salary) - any discipline	£1000

For Candidate’s referred and placed in INDUSTRY:

First move to industry or experienced in-house tax

£250

The value of the referral fee will be paid in the form of gift vouchers from a selection of High Street retailers.
For permanent placements, the referral fee will be paid on successful completion of the placed individual’s probationary period.
The candidate referred must have been previously unknown to Vaisto Recruitment, or classed as ‘inactive’ on our records.
Vaisto Recruitment must have received payment from the recruiting client.
